Case Search
Subject case search is a method of finding legal cases that are relevant to a particular topic or area of law. It involves searching for cases that have been decided on the same or similar legal issues, or that have been decided by the same or similar courts.
Case Management
Case management is a process that helps individuals or families access and coordinate the services they need to achieve their goals. Case managers work with clients to assess their needs, develop a plan to meet those needs, and coordinate the delivery of services from a variety of providers.
